AT-Grip™
In 2021, Slips, Trips & Falls (STF) accounted for 33% of all accidents in the UK workplace, an average of 48 accidents per day. STF is the biggest cause of accidents in the workplace by far, which is replicated across the world!
Shockingly over 90% of these accidents resulted in a fracture or broken bone, ouch…!
So back in 2015, we conducted a joint research project with the University of Sheffield to develop the best slip-resistant outsole on the market and we did it!
The results speak for themselves and in some tests we exceed minimum industry stands by 364% and our outsole is now rated 5* by the HSE!
AT-GRIP™ can claim to have reduced slip accidents in some workplaces by up to 80%, and we now consult and develop outsoles for footwear brands across the world utilising our expertise in this area.

You can make the safest and most stylish product in the world but if it’s uncomfortable people won’t wear it! That’s why we invest a large portion of our R&D spending in biomechanical and materials research.
Rebound, Shock Absorption, Compression Set & Hydrolytic Stability – We’ve done the work to make our foam cushion under the foot as good as it can be.
Footwear affects an individual’s kinetic chain & biomechanics, often having a deleterious impact on the body. Incorrect fitting or incorrect support can result in maladaptation and lead to acute or chronic pain.

AT-ENDURANCE™
Across the world of footwear, there are minimum standards set for durability - Outsole abrasion tests, flex testing and more. We see these tests as exactly that – “a minimum” because, for our wearers, we want to be able to offer more.
We own and develop our outsole moulds, and this allows us to keep high-quality control ensuring that we have a consistently great performance.
Our key AT-ENDURANCE™ rubber technology doesn’t just provide excellent slip resistance, it offers the best in class durability, exceeding the standard by over 100%! Our outsoles Stay Safer for Longer.
